Every sale reported automatically
Load your DIS+ certificate once. The POS signs and sends each sale within the 2-second response limit.
Sales, bookings, money, people, files and customers, run from one screen, for any business that serves a customer. Custom modules within 24 hours.
Accounting in one app. Customer support in another. Stock in a spreadsheet, bookings in a third-party diary, the team schedule in a group chat.
None of them talk to each other. So nobody can answer the simple question: how are we doing today?
Accounting, support, stock, bookings and the team schedule in one product, with one password, sharing the same numbers. The answer to "how are we doing today?" is already on the screen.
Tell us what your business is missing. We build it as a custom module and put it live on your account. For existing customers, it is free.
Small changes: a new field, a report, a rule.
A complete new module, live on your account.
Modules connected to outside systems: banks, terminals, accounting software.
Say it out loud or type it. The assistant turns it into a short brief and a first sketch. Correct it up to three times, then send it to our team as a priority ticket.
Not to seat guests fast and rush them out. To get them seated and looked after to the fullest. A fast, easy-to-use system does the routine work, so the team has human time for the customer.
Bring a request to our table and we turn it into a working module, fast. It is the table where ideas become part of the system you use every day.
A restaurant, a real estate agency, a construction firm, a shop or an e-shop. Different products, the same daily work: invoices to pay, emails to answer, people to schedule, reviews to read and customers to look after. VeloSeatly brings every business need and every customer request into one place.
Where we started. Tables, bookings, tips, kitchen, suppliers.
Viewings, clients, documents, invoices, follow-ups.
Crews, schedules, vendors, site files, cost control.
Products, stock, orders, customers, returns.
VeloSeatly was created by a founder working in gastro hospitality. As other businesses asked for it, it grew with them, because the processes are the same everywhere. Only the needs are different.
That is why existing customers get custom modules built within 24 hours, free of charge. We adapt VeloSeatly to your business, not the other way round.
Running today in a working restaurant in Prague. Every module shares the same data, the same users and the same login.
Take the order, the booking and the payment.

A fast till built for service: tables and orders, set menus and allergens on every dish. Staff sign in with a personal PIN, and card payments run on the Viva.com terminal.
A booking calendar by table and time, with a booking widget for your website in Czech, English and Italian. Every booking carries the guest's allergies and stays in sync with the till.
One catalogue for the whole business. Prices, variants and modifiers are set once and shared by the till and every report.
Google reviews and your social profiles, connected to the business, so what guests say online sits next to everything else.
The people and the shifts.
Sample screen with sample data.
Plan shifts around each person's availability, publish the schedule in one step and see at a glance which shifts are still uncovered.
Staff clock in and out at the till. Hours worked are recorded automatically, and tips are tracked and shared across the team.
Team conversations stay inside the platform, next to the schedule they are about. No private messaging apps, no lost information.
Recipes, service standards and house procedures, written once and available to every new team member from day one.
Money in, money out, and what to do about it.
Sample screen with sample data.
An intelligent document engine reads every supplier invoice, from a PDF or even a low-quality phone photo. It extracts the supplier, amounts and due dates, tracks the payment status and files each document automatically.
A complete supplier register with the price history of every item. When a price rises, you see it at once, together with the suppliers who sell it for less.
Every item thrown away is recorded with its cost, so you see what waste costs the business and where it keeps happening.
Current stock levels, with a warning before an item runs out, so every shift starts with what it needs.
An analysis engine reviews sales, costs, staffing, supplier prices, waste and bookings every night. Each morning it explains in plain language what happened, what next week looks like and what to do next.
Customers, emails and files, in one place.
Sample screen with sample data.
The business mailbox inside VeloSeatly. Every email to the venue lands in one shared inbox, and the team replies with the business signature.
Secure storage for every business file, in any format up to 1 GB, with folders, version history and a recycle bin. Supplier invoices are filed here automatically.
One profile for every guest, built automatically from bookings and imports: visits, spend, allergies, no-shows and favourite tables. Regulars and guests at risk of not returning are flagged for you.
Google reviews appear in the same feed as the rest of the business, so no comment goes unread.
VeloSeatly POS takes card payments through Viva.com terminals. With the Viva.com cashback programme, you earn cashback every time you pay business expenses with your Viva.com business debit card. The cashback goes back into your Viva.com account and offsets your card transaction fees, so they can come close to 0%.
Guests pay by card on the Viva.com terminal. The money goes to your own Viva.com account the next day.
Pay suppliers and business costs with your Viva.com business card: virtual in the app, or a physical Mastercard.
You earn cashback on every purchase with the card. It is credited to your Viva.com account and offsets your transaction fees.
Payments go from the guest's card to your Viva.com account. VeloSeatly never holds your money.
The bill closes only when the terminal confirms the payment. Tips and amounts are checked automatically.
Issue virtual or physical cards for managers and departments, and lock a card instantly from the app.
* Card fees can come close to 0% through cashback in the Viva.com “0% Transaction Fees” programme. You earn cashback only when you pay with your Viva.com business debit card; the amount depends on that spending, so a result of 0% is not guaranteed. Cashback applies to fees on payments with personal (consumer) Visa, Mastercard and Maestro cards. American Express, business and commercial cards, and online payments with cards issued outside the EEA are not included. Viva.com terms and conditions apply. Viva.com is an independent payment provider; VeloSeatly connects its POS to Viva.com terminals. Source: viva.com/en-cz/transaction-fees.

EET (elektronická evidence tržeb) is the Czech electronic registration of sales. Under Act No. 180/2026 Coll., every business that takes payments in person, by cash, card, QR code or voucher, must send each sale to the Financial Administration (Finanční správa) online, at the moment of payment.
Online payments through a payment gateway and bank transfers are not included. A printed receipt is not required unless the customer asks for one.
What a business needs: a certificate from its DIS+ tax account, and a till that reports every sale. VeloSeatly POS does the reporting for you.
Load your DIS+ certificate once. The POS signs and sends each sale within the 2-second response limit.
If the internet drops, sales are signed and queued on the device, then sent as soon as the connection returns, inside the 48 hours the law allows.
Waiters never see an error dialog. No extra box on the counter, no paper.

Through the Viva.com cashback programme. When you pay business expenses with your Viva.com business debit card, you earn cashback that is credited to your Viva.com account and offsets the fees you paid on card payments. The more business spending goes through the card, the closer your net fees come to 0%. Viva.com terms and conditions apply.
American Express, business and commercial cards, and online payments with cards issued outside the EEA. Fees on these payments are charged as usual. Viva.com terms and conditions apply.
